I stated earlier in my last article that our life is like a
seed, that we decide if we want a forest, flower or a bush. It all depends on
us. People commented about the article and today while I was just thinking
about My life and different phases I have being going through in my life and
the sudden silent on my blog. The Holy Spirit opened my eyes concerning that
article and asked me a question it goes thus “now that we know that we hold the
key to our seed, if there is no WATER to sustain your seed, what will happen or
what will one do?” Am sure some of us are already thinking that the plant or
seed will not germinate it will die, isn’t it?
Well, this article is for you, to cheer you up that there is
hope for you. As long as you are breathing don’t ever think that all is lost.
Am sure the man that survived the Nazi camp, Victor Frankl will applaud this
statement. In the midst of the absence of water at that point to sustain you or
to determine your growth, you can draw from the strength you have receive
earlier ‘water’ that you have being
receiving before it stopped flowing. There are times in life that “every thing”
stops flowing and we are still living, we simply cling to that old strength as
we patiently wait for a refreshing. When
we face obstruction on our journey, we simply comfort ourselves wit the
assurance that our future is bright, that what we are facing is for a moment
because wee will smile again. Is that possible! You may ask? Well it is, you
should know that the period that you are waiting for water to flow two things
are likely to occur is either you are worried about the fact that water has
stopped flowing or you are looking for another outlet to find water.
However you cannot figure it out yourself because you don’t
know it all, you need someone with more expertise on it. You are wondering who
the person that can sustain and figure out ways in which another new outlet of
water can flow the person is God, our creator, and the maker of heaven an
earth. He said that there is hope for a tree in as much it root is still there
(paraphrased). Definitely there is hope
for that seedling to germinate again to become what so ever he wishes to be, a
flower, tree etc. invite Him to your life now to find the other channel of
water.
